Monthly rental includes electricity, free wifi/cable, and a full tank of propane for heating and hot water -projected to last through your stay, depending on usage. Complimentary house cleaning (2x's/month), including fresh linens for added convenience! Lease available from November 1st, 2026 through April 30th, 2027. Seasonal lease required. Please complete the attached rental application for consideration. Once reviewed, $27 credit/background application per tenant will be required. Credit score of 750+ 1st month rent and 2 months security (as applicable by law). *Please note that the electric fireplace is decorative only. **1 free tank of propane.
