Be advised, we bought a home through Layla and the experience was horrible, DO NOT USE HER INSPECTOR, her inspector... assured my fiance and I the home was in good condition, made light of multiple serious issues that we had to have fixed after buying the home, one of them being the oil tank. Layla suggested how much we put down on the home, which is not something a realtor should do, her team was extremely unprofessional, my fiance had to make most of the calls, and do most of the work Layla and her team should have done. Would not recommend.read more

I cannot day enough positive things about Ryan and his team at Tier 1. I had my property listed with another agent that... expired without selling. After speaking with Ryan I explained to him my extrem need to sell and to sell FAST! He assured me he could do that within 30 days and boy was he right! He didn’t even make me budge in the list price which made me really happy. He went above and beyond from coming to check out the property, giving suggestions and taking a sneak peak video of our property which ended up having over 3,000 views.
