Ryan officially started his real estate career in 2004 after graduating from Trinity College in Hartford, but Ryan has been involved with the real estate industry his whole life. His grandfather Roland Dumont owned a real estate brokerage for over 50 years, and his father Edward Smith is a local real estate attorney.
After working as a Realtor from 2004-2009, Ryan branched out with his own brokerage called Tier 1 Real Estate. Tier 1 was created with the customer in mind. He and his team of Realtors are committed to providing great service and to helping people achieve their real estate goals.
Ryan has been a top producing Realtor year in and year out. He has sold over $100 million in real estate throughout his 15+ year career. Over the past several years, he has also built a top notch team of agents who are equally dedicated to their clients.
In recent years, Ryan has been featured multiple times on both Fox61 News and WTNH Channel 8 as an expert on selling homes. He is also a recognized expert on marketing real estate on social media. He has been invited by some of the largest real estate companies in the country to consult with their agents on the growing opportunities provided to Realtors via social media.
Ryan currently serves as both a top producing real estate salesperson and the CEO of Tier 1 Real Estate. He lives with his wife Keriann, and their children Ellie, Ryan, and Henry in Avon, CT.
