Why I Love Real Estate...

Jeremy was born in Puerto Rico and moved to the Bronx, New York when he was 3. He was a part of a non-profit organization called CitySquash. CitySquash helps urban city students further their education through a sport called squash and through academics. Growing up, Jeremy did not have many positive influences but seeing his mother always worrying about finances motivates him to give her and his sisters a life they deserve.

As far as education, he was blessed to attend a private high school called Suffield Academy through the help of CitySquash which really opened his eyes to how much more there is outside the Bronx. To be transparent, he did a couple of years in college and studied film. He felt like that was not his calling and decided to take a different route which led him to real estate. Coming from nothing has made him hungry and determined.

Jeremy is the kind of person where if he does not know the answer to something, he will find one. He is determined, focused, and has an immense amount of grit to get things done. Real estate has become an outlet that lets him inspire people in the Bronx while also helping people perform life-changing transactions. For him to be able to do both with real estate is honestly the best part. He does not come from much, but he has a lot to give. He undoubtedly understands real estate transactions are one of the biggest transactions in many people’s lives.

Beginning his real estate career at the age of 22 and having a tunnel vision to be the best realtor he can be; shows the amount of commitment, strong work ethic, and drive he possesses to master all the skills necessary to improve his abilities as a future entrepreneur. He lives with his girlfriend Jesah Bishop and his 3 beautiful dogs, Spot, Bella, and Fluffy. When he’s not making deals and learning the art of real estate, you can find him walking his dogs in Bristol.
